- My policies ensure every client understands appointment expectations, cancellation terms, pricing, liability information, and salon guidelines before services begin. This helps prevent misunderstandings and allows me to focus on providing an exceptional experience.

- If you're unsure, book a consultation. We'll discuss your goals, assess your hair, and recommend the best service and timing.

- Yes. All extension, wig/topper, and color correction/ change services require a consultation before booking. These are big / customized services. They require planning and sometimes ordering additional supplies.

- Every head of hair is different. "one price does not fit all", Pricing is based on the time, product, and complexity required to achieve your desired result.

- The health of your hair is always my priority. However, any chemical will cause some damage. If I believe a service could overly compromise your hair, I'll recommend a safer alternative or a treatment plan first.
- Can I eat or work during my appointment?
- Absolutely! Longer appointments are a great time to catch up on emails, read, or enjoy a snack. We just ask that food and drinks be kept away from chemical services when possible.
- What if I need to change my service after I book?
- Please let me know as soon as possible. Some services require additional time, and I may need to adjust your appointment to ensure we can accommodate your request.
- Why do I need to fill out forms before my appointment?
- My client forms help me provide the safest and best possible experience. They give me important information about your hair history, allergies, medications, and previous chemical services while ensuring you understand my salon policies, cancellation policy, pricing structure, liability waiver, and service expectations. Completing your forms ahead of time allows me to spend less time on paperwork and more time focusing on creating beautiful hair.
- Why do you require a card on file?
- A card on file secures your appointment and helps us enforce our cancellation policy fairly. Your card will not be charged unless a cancellation, no-show, or late policy applies. plus, if you forget your wallet it's not an issue :)
