Yes. All extension, wig/topper, and color correction/ change services require a consultation before booking. These are big / customized services. They require planning and sometimes ordering additional supplies.
My salon is a cozy, intimate space with limited seating. I kindly ask that only those necessary accompany you to your appointment.
Children are welcome if they are receiving a service or are supervised by another responsible adult. For everyone's safety, children should not be left unattended.
I have a 15 minute grace period. Past that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. But I'll do my best to accommodate you.
I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.
Appointments often fill several weeks in advance, especially evenings, weekends, blonding services, extensions, and weddings. Booking ahead is highly recommended. currently my schedule allows for 60 days out.
I do if I have time, this is not guaranteed. Appointments are strongly encouraged to ensure enough time is reserved for your service, a precision haircut is never "quick"

Not always. Achieving healthy blonde hair is a process, and multiple appointments may be necessary depending on your starting point.
Absolutely! Inspiration photos are encouraged and help me understand your vision. Keep in mind that your final results will depend on your starting hair, condition, and previous color history.
The health of your hair is always my priority. However, any chemical will cause some damage. If I believe a service could overly compromise your hair, I'll recommend a safer alternative or a treatment plan first.
Absolutely! Longer appointments are a great time to catch up on emails, read, or enjoy a snack. We just ask that food and drinks be kept away from chemical services when possible.
Please let me know as soon as possible. Some services require additional time, and I may need to adjust your appointment to ensure we can accommodate your request.
My client forms help me provide the safest and best possible experience. They give me important information about your hair history, allergies, medications, and previous chemical services while ensuring you understand my salon policies, cancellation policy, pricing structure, liability waiver, and service expectations. Completing your forms ahead of time allows me to spend less time on paperwork and more time focusing on creating beautiful hair.
A card on file secures your appointment and helps us enforce our cancellation policy fairly. Your card will not be charged unless a cancellation, no-show, or late policy applies. plus, if you forget your wallet it's not an issue :)
